2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) account on the 1xbwt Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. 1xbwt reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and to void any winnings or bonuses associated with them.
2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
2.5 KYC Verification. 1xbwt is required to verify the identity of its players. You agree to submit valid government-issued identification and any other documents reasonably requested by 1xbwt as part of the Know Your Customer ("KYC") process. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
3.1 Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1xbwt login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login details with any third party. 1xbwt will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.
3.2 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 1xbwt immediately at [email protected].
3.3 Non-Transferability. Your 1xbwt account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate termination.
4.1 Accepted Methods. 1xbwt accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All payment methods must be registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified in the Platform's cashier section and may be updated from time to time.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Once verified, 1xbwt aims to process withdrawals within the timeframes stated in the cashier section. 1xbwt reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal.
4.4 Currency. All transactions on the 1xbwt Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.
4.5 Errors. In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect credit to your account, 1xbwt reserves the right to correct the error and recover any funds incorrectly credited, regardless of whether you have already wagered those funds.
5.1 General. 1xbwt may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional offers from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, validity periods, and game restrictions, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the validity period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
5.3 Abuse. 1xbwt reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of software errors.
5.4 Changes. 1xbwt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
6.1 Game Availability. The availability of games on the 1xbwt Platform may vary and is subject to change without notice. 1xbwt does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game or feature.
6.2 Bets. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the 1xbwt system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. 1xbwt reserves the right to void bets placed on events where an error in odds or game parameters has occurred.
6.3 Malfunctions. In the event of a game or system malfunction, all affected bets and payouts will be void. 1xbwt is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
6.4 Sportsbook. Sports betting markets, odds, and available events are subject to change. 1xbwt reserves the right to suspend or close any market at any time. Settlement of bets will be based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body.

9.2 1xbwt's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 1xbwt account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
